We do not use a P.O. Box or list the post office as our address nor do we operate out of a home garage. Our employees are rigorously trained and very knowledgeable. Are Fun Events rentals insured?
All of our equipment is fully insured.
This can be uncommon in the party rentals industry and is very important. Fun Events has a 1 million dollar liability insurance policy and can provide a certificate of insurance if requested.
Your homeowners insurance will not likely cover inflatable rentals like other rental companies may try to tell you.

Why don't you post your prices online?
Fun Events wants to be able to have contact with each of our customers so that we can discuss availability and pricing of our rentals. By doing this we have the ability to offer special discounts & pricing based on the scope of your special event. You may request an event quote online and we will respond within 1 business day, or you call us for immediate event pricing information.

Do you require a deposit to reserve rentals?
Yes we do require a deposit to reserve event rentals. By doing so we can definitively tell our other clients that a specific rental is not available and is not simply just "on hold" or tentatively reserved. The reservation deposit is paid to ensure Fun Events and the customer of the rental.

What is the Fun Events delivery area?
Fun Events will deliver to anywhere in Wisconsin & most of Illinois. We are located in the Milwaukee area of Wisconsin and offer delivery, set-up, and take-down for any of our party rental, inflatable games, bounces, slides, tents, tables, chairs, casino, and midway carnival game rentals.

What is the price for my rentals delivery?
Our delivery costs are based on where we are delivering to. The delivery fee for party rentals, school carnivals, fun fairs, church festivals, company picnics, birthday party, or any special event rental includes delivery, set-up, and take-down. The average price fee is $135 for delivery, no matter what you rent from us. Contact us to see how much delivery would cost to your location.

Does Fun Events offer free pick-up for rentals?
Yes, Fun Events is located at

Oak Creek, WI 53154
This is 2 exits south of the Milwaukee airport from I-94 and is very easy to get to and find. Simply check in with our party store staff and our warehouse staff will help load / unload your vehicle. Many of our party rentals are compact and can fit in most vehicles. If you are not sure if a specific rental will fit in your vehicle simply contact us.
We have dock access if needed.

What is the pick up rental period?
The rental period for all pick-ups from the Fun Events supply store is 24 hours. Pickup arrangements and times will be discussed with you when reserving your rental equipment.

How do I reserve my party rentals?
These are the reservation / quote options


  1. After you have decided which rentals you are interested in you may call 414-762-6200 during business hours to speak with a event specialist
  2. You can use our Request Info submission form and a Fun Events representative will contact you within 1 business day regarding your quote request
  3. Mention the rental items on the request info page you are interested in, and then submit your request and a Fun Events representative will contact you within 1 business day regarding your quote request.

How far in advance should I reserve my rentals?
To increase your chances of getting a high demand inflatable bounce, slide, obstacle course, game, or other party rental it is best to call as soon as possible.
Delivery
Fun Events has many delivery trucks and many experienced staff to be able to handle the high rental delivery demand of our party rentals. In minimum notice rental situations call us asap and we will do our best to accomodate your delivery needs.
Pick-ups
The only requirement for pick-ups is rental availability. Fun Events always has the necessary staff during business hours available to handle your party rental pick-up.

What is your weather policy?
The safety of your guests is extremely important to the staff at Fun Events.
Wind:
Any inflatable games, bounces, slides, obstacle courses, other specific rentals should not be operated in winds of excess of 25 mph. These attractions have a large surface area can be lifted off of the ground and blown away which may cause injury to participants.
Rain:
Fun Events does not recommend using any of our attractions / rides during rain or when wet. These rides are very slippery when wet and the chance for injury is greatly increased.
Delivery:
If you have a scheduled delivery for your company picnic, school carnival, church festival, birthday party, or other special event Fun Events will arrive as scheduled rain or shine unless given notice.(See our cancellation policy below)
Pick-ups:
Fun Events will provide each pick-up customer with safety rules & guidelines for each rental including preparing for inclimate weather. Pick-ups will always be available at our Oak Creek Milwaukee location.Read our cancellation & rain date policies below

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation of your event for any reason within 60 days of the contract event date will result in forfeiture of your event reservation deposit.
Pickups:
Pick-ups must be cancelled within 60 days of the scheduled pickup or you will forfeit your deposit. You may however schedule a rain date for you're pick-up if due to inclimate weather.
Delivery:
If Fun Events arrives at your event for delivery and installation and you cancel for any reason a full payment will then be due.
You may however schedule a rain date for your event / rentals if you need to cancel your event due to weather as long as you arrange this with a Fun Events representative prior to Fun Events arriving at your event. See our rain date policy below

What is your rain date policy?
These are the policies for rain dates:


  1. If you have a scheduled delivery for your company picnic, school carnival, church festival, birthday party, or other special event and you expect bad weather you may schedule a rain date.
  2. If Fun Events arrives at your event for delivery and installation and you cancel for any reason at that time a full payment will be due and rescheduling a rain date for your event is no longer offered.
  3. You are not guaranteed the same exact equipment rental on your scheduled rain date. If your original rental is available on the scheduled rain date Fun Events will bring the same equipment.
  4. Any rentals that are unavailable for your scheduled rain date will be substituted with a rental of similar rental price value.
  5. All rain dates must occur within 60 days of the original scheduled rental date. If you're rain date scheduled event does not occur within 60 days of your original event date you will forfeit the deposit for your event.

Does Fun Events offer staff for my party rentals?
Yes. The Fun Events supervisors are trained and experienced event professionals. Our event support staff are local area high school students, college students, and many teachers that work for us during the summer months. Do all inflatables have to be set-up on grass?
No. Fun Events offers multiple ways to anchor / secure inflatable rides and attractions.
Grass set-up is the preferred because it allows the bounce house, inflatable slide, obstacle course, jumper ect.. to be secured with stakes which are the most secure.
Inflatable bounce houses, jumpers, slides, obstacles ... can all set-up on asphalt with sandbags or by drilling if an option.

What are the electricity requirements for inflatables?
Most of the inflatable bounce houses, jumpers, moonwalks, and smaller inflatables / rides require 1 inflatable blower that constantly needs to be running.
Some of the larger inflatable rides / attractions such as the inflatable slides, obstacle courses, mazes, and other interactive inflatable games require 2 inflatable blowers.
All inflatable blowers plug into the standard 110v (20 amp circuits) household outlet with the 3 prong electrical grounding plug. The source of electricity should be within 50ft of electrical cord length from the blower.
The average blower draws about 12-15 Amps and should usually not share an electrical circuit with other electrical products.
Inflatables that require 2 blowers will usually require 2 separate 20 Amp electrical circuits. We will bring extension cords required if we deliver.

Can my rentals be used at a park site?
Yes. You may have to reserve the park site with the county parks department and will need to review the policies for your specific park site and make sure that they allow items to be staked into the grass. Most parks have designated park sites that will allow this. Also, most cities will require that they be named as additionally insured on our policy. Fun Events can provide a certificate of insurance upon request for this (processing fees apply) Also check to see if electricity will be available, if not we can arrange for a generator for an additional charge.
Fun Events is not responsible for enquiring if the park site is designated safe for staking equipment.
